Fused Glass Strips

For this commission, I worked on a thick window pane, drawing directly onto the surface with a heat-resistant marker. After completing the composition, the glass was carefully cut into long, narrow strips.

These strips were then placed side by side in the kiln, where they were slowly heated and fused together. After a controlled cooling process, the separate pieces became a single glass panel, preserving the drawn lines while adding subtle depth and texture created by the fusion process.
